We do it in order to establish competition among insurers and - as a result - to secure the most attractive insurance premiums for our client. Having closed the negotiations, we present the complete list of all insurance offers with our recommendations, which is of special importance in the case of comprehensive cover insurance. The client personally decides which offer should be chosen. The terms negotiated by us refer not only to the vehicles currently owned by the client, but also to the vehicles which shall be bought while the negotiated general contract is binding. As a result of our actions vehicle insurance costs can be reduced by as much as 40%.
Thus our Clients can not only cut the amount of financial means spent on insurance but also acquire a guarantee of a stable premium during the binding period of a general contract. This allows effective cost planning and considerably simplifies car fleet management.

After we have negotiated very attractive insurance conditions and ensured signing a general contract agreement, all clients can count on our constant and professional broker service. Within the broker service we take every action necessary to serve our clients appropriately, in particular we:
- remind about payments of premium and installments which are due soon, inform about their amount and the name of the insurer and indicate the bank account the money is to be transferred to,
- renew insurance contracts for the vehicles being our client’s property,
- apply for coverage extension so as to insure new vehicles on the previously negotiated terms,
- apply to the insurer for introducing alterations resulting from changing a vehicle's registration, implementing additional equipment etc.,
- apply to the insurer for refund of insurance premium in the case of selling the vehicle or its deregistration,
- enable submitting claims online by our clients,
- help in the case of vehicle damage from the very moment it has occurred; we often contact the driver, who is at the place of incident, on the phone,
- advise our clients on all matters concerned with insurance and legal regulations concerning insurance,
- prepare for our clients procedures and all kinds of studies concerning vehicle insurance and the course of action if damage occurs and, if required, we conduct training for vehicle fleet managers and drivers,

We help with claim adjustment.
In the case of damage we help our clients from the very moment of its occurrence. We:
- inform drivers about the due course of action in the case of damage,
- help to report the damage to the insurer,
- monitor claim adjustment processes, which shortens them,
- verify insurers decisions in view of their accordance with the clauses of the general contract and with legal regulations, and we appeal if necessary,
- provide our clients with access to our computer system in which they can monitor progress in claim adjustment (more about it).
We provide our clients with a so called “Accident Package”.
With our clients in mind we have prepared an “Accident Package” It is a short manual, treating about a recommended course of action if a vehicle breaks down or gets damaged. Users can also find there printouts of the accident statement, which can be used for drawing up a common statement together with another person involved in the accident on the spot if the damage does not require calling the police. Besides, our clients can always rely on our personal help.
We offer insurance advice and carry out training.
Our clients can rely on our professional insurance counseling and on information regarding legal regulations regarding insurance, which are relevant for them. Furthermore, if required, we organize and conduct training for drivers and vehicle fleet managers. Within the framework of training we inform about binding insurance terms and conditions, course of action in the case of occurrence of damage and other issues important for our clients. We also prepare training materials for individual requirements, procedural guidelines, etc.
We offer the possibility of replacement vehicle usage and professional help on the road.
We offer the possibility to use RKB Assistance Premium or VIP insurance created together with Europ Assistance. It ensures organization and cost coverage of professional help for clients who encountered difficulties while driving their vehicle on the territory of Poland or Europe (depending on the insurance option chosen).
Among others RKB Assistance ensures the following services:
- restoring vehicle mobility – if a vehicle cannot move, Europ Assistance sends a pilot vehicle to the place where it is standing in order to restore its mobility,
- towing the vehicle – if restoring mobility of the vehicle on the spot proved impossible, the Pilot tows it to the nearest authorized service of the appropriate car manufacturer,
- replacement vehicle – Europ Assistance organizes and covers costs of hiring a replacement car for a period up to 30 days (depending on the insurance option and the cause of vehicle losing its mobility),
- supplying fuel,
- transport of the vehicle’s driver and passengers to their home or their original destination,
- hotel accomodation for the driver and passengers.
