We offer professional solutions for leasing companies. We suggest one of two alternative cooperation models, depending on the individual needs of the leasing company:

  • full broker service – providing comprehensive service with  an application of software designed for serving leasing firms,
  • providing software, excluding elements of broker service – for those leasing companies which deal with insurance themselves (in-house broker, etc).

 

Full broker service

Below we present an exemplary, comprehensive service range which can be modified according to the leasing company requirements:

  • insurance audit,
  • creating and managing an insurance portfolio, first of all conducting negotiations concerning the form of insurance products with insurance establishments as well as preparing contents of general contract agreements including special terms,
  • carrying out analysis regarding competitiveness of the insurance portfolios on a systematic basis,
  • monitoring the insurance market and adapting the portfolio to the current market situation on a systematic basis, 
  • management of the insurance selling process, including cross-selling and  up-selling,
  • creating and implementing an insurance management system for “foreign” insurance whose aim is to monitor the state of insurance and at the same time minimise the amount of “foreign” insurance,
  • creating procedures for leasers, leaser’s employees and their trade partners,
  • conducting training,
  • full service for all processes concerned with insurance of leasing objects, especially preparing insurance offers for lessees, issuing and sending documents to lessees and other action required,
  • profesional claims adjustment,
  • organising the process of selling insurance via the Internet,
  • call center and back office,
  • registration of vehicles.
  • Every vehicle insurance portfolio we create consists of offers from many different insurance establishments in many various options. Our software enables smooth processing of numerous offers and thus lessors can benefit: the offer is customized to meet all lessors’ requirements which is reflected in the very high rate of insurance sold, of about 91%.

    Property insurance options we create are characterized by a wide insurance range, attractive insurance premium and their operational simplicity. The so called “choosability” of machine and equipment insurance we have created reaches 99%.

    We enrich every insurance portfolio by a catalogue of additional insurance such as car assistance, truck assistance, legal protection, GAP, life insurance, Bill Protection, etc. Additional insurance bears brand features of the lessor, has its individual name and can be combined with leasing products, which considerably increases sales.

    Every step we take is supported by modern software developed specifically for serving leasing companies.

     

    LUK program

    LUK is a program supporting and automating processes concerned with insurance service for lessors. It also possesses numerous functions allowing selling insurance and insurance management, in particular:

    • quickly generating insurance offers for lessors (insurance calculator),
    • filing insurance contracts, also “foreign” insurance,
    • generating insurance documentation (application forms, policies) conforming with the insurer’s brand endowed with an individual number and series,
    • vehicle valuation,
    • renewing insurance contracts,
    • making amendments in the  agreements which have been concluded,
    • terminating insurance contracts and administration of the process of premium repayment,
    • filing claims and issuing authorization for a compensation payment,
    • filing complaints,
    • data transfer to inner applications (lessor’s or insurer’s ones) in various formats, from GSV to XML,
    • pre-numbered form control and management,
    • generating mail merge and joint sheets, 
    • analysis: generating advanced reports and statistics,
    • panel used by emergency centers of insurance establishments operating assistance programs –  access to the databases of assistance insurance agreements 24 hours a day.

    LUK can be integrated with the lessor’s website or with an insurance portal created by RKB, designated for submitting claims 24/7. This solution makes a claim adjustment process much easier for the lessor (broker).

     

    STP and LUK-TNG programs

    STP and LUK-TNG are two cooperative modern IT systems meant to support the process of selling all kinds of insurance via the Internet, and in particular to compare:

    • insurance premium sums of various insurance companies in different insurance options,
    • very detailed comparison of insurance conditions such as insurance range, territorial range, insurance protection extensions, wording of definitions used in the contract which influences the actual  insurance range,  content of resolutions concerning claim adjustment and the method of estimating  the compensation sum (e.g. the amount of depreciation deduction used by various insurers), etc.

    Functionality

    Our software is supposed to allow a potential client to make a choice of the optimal offer, which is indicated, and not the cheapest one (taking into account a relation between the insurance range, the insured’s needs and the height of insurance premium).

    STP program plays the role of an engine and database, while LUK-TNG acts as an intelligent interface. STP has been designed for easy and quick operation:

    • entering  new insurance to the system takes 90% less time than in the case of traditional IT applications and does not require interference with the program base,
    • it does not take a programmer to enter insurance offers to the system.

    LUK-TNG, the program fulfilling the interface role, automatically adjusts itself to the insurance offer form without any need for intervention on the part of a programmer, a graphic designer of an IT specialist.

    Possibilities

    Both applications create possibilities which have not been available before:

    • flexibility – insurance offers can be added "on the spot", which guarantees a huge competitive advantage,
    • freedom – changes in insurance offer can be made at one’s own,
    • easy operation
    • low operating costs of the program.
