Together with Europ Assistance – the world leading assistance services operator – we have prepared for our clients RKB Assistance insurance, which provides professional and quick help in the case of distress on Polish and European roads, including the possibility of obtaining a replacement vehicle for 30 days.The full spectrum of services involves as follows:

• restoring vehicle mobility – if a vehicle cannot move, Europ Assistance sends a pilot vehicle to the place where it is standing in order to restore its mobility,
• towing the vehicle – if restoring mobility of the vehicle on the spot proved impossible, the Pilot tows it to the nearest authorized service of the appropriate car manufacturer,
• supplying fuel,
• replacement car – Europ Assistance organizes and covers costs of hiring a replacement car for a period up to 30 days (depending on the insurance option and the cause of vehicle losing its mobility),
• transport of the vehicle driver and the passengers to their home place or their original destination,
  
• hotel accommodation for the driver and passengers,
• support with information – among others information useful while travelling, e.g. about flight and railway timetables, car rental points, organizing delivery of certain products, holiday organization (hotel/ticket bookings etc.) , interpreting on the phone, translation of forms.
