Preparing insurance products
Preparing a portfolio of insurance for sale involves determining the form of the insurance port folio in the first place and then conducting negotiations with insurance establishments as well as preparing contents of general contract agreements including special terms of insurance.
Software
STP and LUK-TNG are two mutually cooperating modern IT systems meant to support the process of selling all kinds of insurance via Internet, and in particular to compare:
- insurance premium sums of various insurance companies in different insurance options,
- very detailed comparison of insurance conditions such as insurance range, territorial range, insurance protection extensions, wording of definitions used in the contract which influences the actual insurance range, content of resolutions concerning claim adjustment and the method of estimating the compensation sum (e.g. the amount of depreciation deduction used by various insurers), etc.
Functionality
Our software is supposed to allow a potential insured party to make a choice of the optimal offer, which is indicated, and not the cheapest one (taking into account a relation between the insurance range, the insured’s needs and the height of insurance premium).
STP program plays the role of an engine and database, while LUK-TNG acts as an intelligent interface. STP has been designed for easy and quick operation:
- entering new insurance to the system takes 90% less time than in the case of traditional IT applications and does not require interfering with the program base,
- it does not take a programmer to enter insurance offers to the system.
LUK-TNG, the program filling the interface role, automatically adjusts itself to the insurance offer form without any need for intervention on the part of a programmer, a graphic designer of an IT specialist.
Possibilities
Both applications provide possibilities which had not been available before:
- flexibility – insurance offers can be added "on the spot", which guarantees a huge competitive advantage,
- freedom – changes in insurance offer can be made on one’s own,
- easy operation,
- and as a result low operating costs of the program.
