Claims adjustment

We provide professional claim adjustment for our clients.

Claim service is our great asset. As agents in contact with insurance establishment we always side with our clients - are their "advocate". Our actions are adapted to the kind of claim, circumstances of damage occurrence and to the individual needs of our client. We support our clients at every stage, from the moment of damage arising until the end of the claim procedure. If necessary, we resort to the access right to claim files. We analyze decisions made by an insurer with regard to the client’s claims, binding terms and conditions of the insurance contract and legal regulations. If any irregularities are found, we immediately take steps to appeal and, if necessary, we commission the case to one of lawyer’s offices cooperating with us. 

 

We have a professional employee team.

We have employees with many years' experience acquired both in a brokerage office and in insurance establishments. Our employees constantly raise their qualifications by participating in training. Each Claim Department employee holds a broker's license.

 

We apply transparent claim adjustment procedures.

In order to serve our clients efficiently, even at the early stage of cooperation we prepare separate action procedures for each of the risks covered. These procedures contain information about the course of action and are meant to make it easier for our clients to act appropriately if damage occurs. Our procedures are prepared individually in consideration of the agreement’s clauses and are adjusted to the clients’ needs and their company rules. 

 

We provide access to our IT program.

We take care that our clients have the possibility of monitoring their claims. A modern computer system has been developed for this purpose and each claim is registered in it. Description of all our steps, information obtained from the insurer and the entire claim documentation can be found there. 

A cooperation agreement with RKB enables its clients a permanent on-line access to the program mentioned above.

 

We regularly inform our clients about progress in adjustment of their claims.

We make sure to prepare reports about claim cases on a regular basis. Their shape, form, information scope and frequency of submitting conform with your expectations and requirements. 

 

We apply preventative measures.

Insurance aims at adjusting claims. In our opinion, however, it is equally important to prevent claims, diminish the frequency of their occurrence and minimize effects of damages. We know from experience that in many cases damage can be avoided by taking certain steps. Thus we set great store by preventative measures, prepare informational material for our clients and their employees and carry out training. We help with creation and implementation of special programs in order to diminish loss ratio, especially with regard to vehicle insurance. We also help to develop insurance awareness among our client’s employees which significantly reduces the occurrence of the kinds of behaviour which make obtaining compensation for suffered damages impossible.

 

We provide our clients with the so called "Accident Package".

With our clients in mind we have prepared an “Accident Package”. It is a short manual containing a recommended course of action if a vehicle breaks down or gets damaged.  Users can also find there printouts of the accident statement, which can be used for drawing up a common statement together with another person involved in the accident on the spot if the damage does not require calling the Police. Our clients can also always rely on our personal help.
